your child's weight on track, simply email us within 30 days of purchase
and request a return authorization. We will refund your purchase price,
less shipping and handling. Because there is nothing to be returned, this

Electronic Book Download Questions
Q. I downloaded and installed the eBook Bundle, now I can't find it.
A. The installer places the program in your program group. Click your
Start button, then click the "Programs" or "Program Files" folder, then click
the PariPlan Publishing folder. If it's not there, then you can find it by typing
"C:\Program Files\PariPlan Publishing\PariPlan eBook Bundle
1.0\Index.html" in Windows Explorer. Once you've opened the eBook
Bundle Menu, Click Favorites and then "Add to Favorites" in the Internet
Explorer menu. Now you can always access the program easily. If this
does not open the product, then it has not been installed successfully.
You may access your download to re-install at any time by clicking on the
order tracking link in the email you received when you ordered the product.
It may ask for your credit card # to verify your identity, but you won't be
charged again.
Q. I accidentally deleted or uninstalled the program. Now what?
A. You can reinstall the program by clicking the order status link in the
confirmation email you received when you ordered the product.
Q. I enter information into The PariPlan Tools but nothing changes on
the screen.
A. You browser is blocking the JavaScript used to run the software. If you
have Windows XP, there should be a warning message at the very top of
your browser window ( right above the blue title bar that says "The
PariPlan Fit Tools"). It is very small and hard to see: CLICK HERE for
example. It will tell you that the page is trying to run active content. Click
the warning and it will give you the option to run the content. Then,
everything will work fine. If this does not solve your problem, go into your
internet options menu make sure check "enable" or "prompt on all the
options related allowing to Active X or java to run in your browser.
